"The Maestro"

Previously qualifying and working in Perth, Western Australia with a Doctor of Physiotherapy, Mark now bolsters The Body Mechanics with his broad experience. He brings skills in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, frequently working on conditions like spine, shoulder and knee pain, as well as post-op and ACL rehabilitation.

Mark also previously qualified with a BSc in Exercise & Sports Science and boasts experience in strength & conditioning, pitch-side physio, and sports coaching. Working with teams, schools and organisations to increase sporting performance, he saw success with championship-winning teams across different levels of sport.

Adopting a biopsychosocial approach to treatment and management allows Mark to undertake a holistic understanding of each client’s presentation. This enables him to communicate better, individualise care and enhance recovery through increased engagement. He also champions programs with advice and education, loaded strengthening and exercise, and outcome- and milestone-based progressions.
