Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 24 hours or more prior to appointment time will not be charged.
Failure to attend an appointment, reschedule or cancel without cause, with less than 24 hours notice, you will be obliged to pay for the full cost of the missed session.
Please note that insurance companies will not pay for missed appointments or appointments rescheduled without sufficient notice therefore you will be obliged to pay the full amount for that appointment.
Payments
Payment is taken for all privately paying appointments either at the time of session or via a secure link on email the same day. You will receive an email upon booking with a link to make payment after attending your session, or if booking through our Online Portal then payment is taken at checkout. 30 days is given for payment, thereafter 50% compounding late fee will be added to amount due in arrears each month until paid in full.
Insurance will not cover late fees. It is the responsibility of the invoiced.
Card payments are SCA compliant and processed through Stripe.
Please note we do not accept AMEX as a form of payment.
